The City of Fountains Sisters of Perpetual Indulgence is Kansas City's chapter of the international Sisters of Perpetual Indulgence — an LGBTQ+ nonprofit order devoted to community service, charitable giving, and spreading radical joy throughout the Kansas City metro area.

Founded as an Aspirant House in 2013 and elevated to a Fully Professed House in 2017, our Sisters and Guards perform, fundraise, and advocate for LGBTQ+ individuals and families across the region. We are a 100% volunteer-led order — every dollar raised goes directly back into the Kansas City community.

How We Serve Kansas City

We show up for our community in every way we can — from Pride festivals and drag performances to hospital visits, fundraisers, and community outreach. Our charitable giving supports LGBTQ+ mental health resources, HIV/AIDS awareness, youth programs, and the local bars and venues that serve as safe spaces for Kansas City's queer community.
