Formerly GSuite, Google Workspace provides the necessary tools to operate completely "in the cloud". It includes features such as GoogleDrive cloud storage, docs, sheets, email, forms, chats and groups, and a rich permissions system to restrict user access for tiered membership, volunteers, etc. When Microsoft terminated their non-profit grants, we switched to GSuite the same day and the account was active within hours. It linked to our domain seamlessly and even pulled over our content and emails for us.
